Brief - New Zealand Villa verandah
Sophie contacted us to provide her with a FREE quote on her verandah out the front of her villa as she noticed there were a few rotten boards. We assessed her verandah, ascertaining there was rot and also water damage. We personally delivered the quote to her.
On commencement of the renovation, we noticed she had water flowing out of a retaining wall and that it then disappeared under her house. It was suggested that this was looked into urgently due to erosion of foundations under the house. Again we provided a quote and Sophie gave us confirmation to fix the issues at the same time the other repairs were being done.
The existing concrete path was removed providing access to install a sub soil drain. A new concrete path was then laid down. We then replaced decking, some framing and posts on the verandah. New base cladding along with hand rails to suit villa style were installed providing a clean fresh look to the Villa.
